Our specialists from the Foreign Economic Activity Department are in constant contact with our partners.
They provide all the necessary conditions for the safe transport of reagents from any part of the world.
Reagents with low-temperature storage requirements are transported in boxes with a large amount of dry ice to our warehouse in Kyiv and stored in special low-temperature refrigerators at -20 °C.
Delivery of goods is carried out to all parts of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Delivery by prior arrangement with the customer is carried out to the address or to the Nova Poshta branch.
Within Kyiv, delivery by our logisticians is possible.
Yes, our main goal is to provide our clients with only the most necessary equipment to make it work for you.
After consulting and identifying your needs, we select specific equipment/supplies or a turnkey laboratory system.
We cooperate with an expert certification centre and carry out certification of medical devices in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine:
1. Risk classification of products (I, IIa, IIb, III).
2. Classification according to the Technical Regulations on Medical Devices for In Vitro Diagnostics.
3. Certification through supervisory authorities or authorised bodies.
4. State registration in the State Expert Centre of the Ministry of Health.
We perform a wide range of service works, namely: maintenance, repair, diagnostics of equipment, software configuration and updating, commissioning and training of personnel, documentary support.
Free warranty service is valid after the device is put into operation (1 year after commissioning).
In the event of a malfunction, the equipment is serviced after the Customer signs a service request, and is carried out by a service engineer at the Customer's premises or in the service office with the necessary documentary support.
