A look back at 2025: our year of growth and shared strength

Throughout 2025, our collective at Medical Company Empirica lived through a year of steady growth, rising expertise and expanding opportunities. For us, this year became more than a set of KPIs — it became a journey of people working with commitment, curiosity for innovation, and respect for one another. We strengthened internal processes, nurtured partnerships and took important steps in the industry, staying true to what matters most: people supporting people, and a team caring deeply about its mission.

 

We participated in 10 international professional training programs to accelerate our expertise in key areas. Our global activity brought new insights and connections — we took part in two major industry exhibitions, Ukraine ReHealth 2025 and Public Health 2025, along with 3 specialised industry congresses. Our team attended 8 global professional events, where we not only showcased the company, but listened closely to the market, studied emerging trends and found new ways to grow strategic collaborations.

 

In 2025, our partnership network expanded with 5 new manufacturers, enabling us to shape a stronger and more competitive product portfolio. We processed thousands of emails and made countless phone calls — each representing real needs from laboratories, hospitals and partners who required fast responses, reliable service and professional support. This year helped us grow as experts and as a united team, investing not only in scale, but in trust, shared knowledge and human capital.

 

Our corporate culture became part of our story too — hundreds of coffee cups were shared, and we held a large team-building cooking event as well as a separate activity dedicated to emergency medical response. No day passed without meetings, strategy sessions or spontaneous coffee break conversations filled with ideas, problem-solving and that reassuring sense of a team standing shoulder to shoulder. We launched several new cooperation directions, driven by a strong intention to support medical infrastructure and implement innovative technologies that serve people first.

 

For us, 2025 has been a period of dynamic growth, bolder presence on the Ukrainian market and structured operational improvements. We grew in numbers, but most importantly — we grew in collaboration: as specialists, colleagues and a team united by resilience, quality and authenticity. This internal resource and the trust between us became the driving force that helps us confidently build the years ahead.
