The training programme was intensive and comprehensive, covering all key aspects of working with Siemens Healthineers laboratory systems. It included the following modules:

• Principles of measurement and reagent handling

• Daily user operations

• Preventive maintenance

• Calibration and quality control

• Equipment setup and configuration

Special attention was given to the localisation of key system components and software navigation.
