The main objective of UNICEF's programme in Ukraine is to contribute to the progressive realisation of the rights of all children in Ukraine and to reduce gaps in children's access to essential services, while maintaining a balance between humanitarian and development activities and supporting the inclusion of peacebuilding and conflict-related priorities in the ongoing key social and decentralisation reforms.
