Immunoassay Analyzer Atellica® VTLi
The Atellica VTLi immunoassay analyzer brings significant advancements in point-of-care (POC) diagnostics. This compact analyzer delivers fast (testing takes only 8 minutes) and accurate high-sensitivity Troponin I results right at the patient's bedside, simplifying care in emergency departments, intensive care units (ICUs), operating rooms, and other settings where timely diagnosis is critical.
ADVANTAGES:
Point-of-Care Testing (POC):
- The Atellica VTLi is designed to bring high-sensitivity Troponin I (hs-cTnI) testing closer to the patient. Troponin I is a sensitive and specific biomarker that indicates cardiac muscle cell damage, particularly in myocardial infarction, and is an independent predictor of adverse outcomes in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) symptoms and elevated levels. Low concentrations of hs-cTn allow for the complete exclusion of acute myocardial infarction.
Ability to Work with Various Samples:
- It can analyze capillary whole blood, lithium heparinized venous whole blood, and lithium heparinized venous plasma.
Compact, Convenient Design:
- The analyzer is designed for maximum portability, making it ideal for use in point-of-care settings. The 7.3-inch color display ensures ease of use.
Thoughtful Testing System:
- The cartridge is disposable and does not require warming up after refrigeration. Each disposable cartridge is identified by a unique radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip that contains test type information, calibration data, and batch-specific information. This allows the instrument to automatically initiate the correct analysis protocol.
Integrated Quality Control:
- Each cartridge includes integrated quality control.
Small Sample Volume:
- The system requires a small sample volume (from 30 µL) for analysis, making it ideal for emergency situations where large blood volumes may be unavailable or undesirable.
Built-In Barcode Scanner:
- The barcode scanner allows for patient identification, operator identification, cartridge expiration control, and scanning of 1D and 2D barcodes.
Wireless Connectivity:
- Secure transmission of results via Wi-Fi or Ethernet for storage in laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic medical records (EMR).
