Ideal workflow automation

 

respons®600c is a fully automated random-access analyzer designed for efficient and reliable operation in medium-sized laboratories.
With a consistent throughput of up to 600 tests per hour (or 800 tests/hour with the optional ISE module), this compact system is capable of handling high workloads.

 

Thanks to a flexible 120-position sample tray, low reaction volumes, a maintenance-free photometer, and intuitive software, the respons®600c delivers optimal cost efficiency and ease of use.

 

Reaction system

 

The grating photometer is equipped with 16 wavelengths and designed for maintenance-free operation, ensuring precise and reliable measurements.

 

A wide photometric linearity range of up to 3.5 OD reduces the need for repeat measurements, increasing overall efficiency.

 

The system features cuvette thermostating with contact heating via a maintenance-free metal block, ensuring stable temperature control.

 

Additionally, the twin test function supports the use of DiaSys HbA1c net FS reagent, optimizing performance for specific diagnostic applications.

 

Advanced HbA1c testing

 

The system provides fully automated hemolysis of whole blood, eliminating the need for labor-intensive and potentially error-prone manual sample preparation.

 

HbA1c smart sampling technology ensures efficient erythrocyte aspiration even in samples with increased sedimentation rates by aspirating from the bottom of the tube.

 

After whole blood processing, intensive probe washing is performed, minimizing carryover and enhancing result accuracy and reliability.

 

Reagent rotor

 

The respons®600c is equipped with a refrigerated reagent rotor (2–8 °C) to ensure optimal storage conditions.

 

It supports a capacity of up to 37 DiaSys respons® reagent bottles.
Convenient one-time loading of respons® bottles, including two-component reagents, eliminates the risk of incorrect placement.

 

Thanks to the intelligent design of the respons®600c, reagents can be loaded while the analyzer is running, increasing efficiency and reducing turnaround time.

 

Automation

 

The analyzer features an integrated sample tray with continuous loading capability.
The total number of sample positions is 120, including up to 30 STAT positions, enabling high-throughput processing and extended walk-away time.

 

Intelligent rerun and smart dilution functions optimize workflow efficiency.
The system offers a warm-up time of only 10 minutes with programmable start-up.
In addition, HIL sample management ensures reliable result interpretation, while the integrated ISE module provides exceptional onboard stability for up to nine months.
