Automated slide staining is essential for laboratories aiming to improve efficiency and standardize sample processing. The Poly Stainer automates routine staining workflows, significantly reducing manual handling compared to traditional staining methods. It is ideally suited for general microbiology and histology laboratories seeking to streamline and standardize slide staining procedures.

 

The Poly Stainer accommodates up to 20 microscope slides per basket. A robotic arm moves the basket through four interchangeable plastic reagent wells, ensuring consistent dipping and agitation. Slides may also be processed in a dedicated drainable rinse well, where fresh water is supplied after each rinse cycle to prevent contamination. Upon completion, slides can be fan-dried with or without heating. With four reagent wells available, the system supports a wide range of commonly used laboratory staining protocols.
