Dirui CS-480 is a high-performance automatic biochemistry analyzer designed to meet the needs of modern clinical and diagnostic laboratories. ADVANTAGES:  

Throughput:  

• The CS-480 typically has a throughput of up to 400 tests per hour (without the ISE module). With the addition of the Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) module, throughput can increase to 800 tests per hour, significantly increasing laboratory productivity.

Sample and reagent handling:  

• Sample analysis: Up to 115 samples can be processed simultaneously with continuous loading.
• Micro-sample volume capability, tanks to holographic concave flat field grating with backward spectrophotometry and cluster optical path for micro-volume determination of reaction volume.
• Double reagent disk that can hold up to 112 reagent positions and is supported by a cooling function.

Analytical accuracy:

• Utilizes photometric technology with wavelengths from 340 to 800 nm, enabling a wide range of analyses.
• Provides reliable results with low sample and reagent consumption. Sample volumes required for analysis are only 1.5 - 35 µL.

Operational efficiency:

• Automatic calibration and quality control (QC) procedures reduce manual intervention.
• Automatic description of calibration trends. Notification in the event of a sample that has not passed calibration, recording the cause of problems with passing quality control.
• The system supports STAT testing (urgent sample testing).
• Provides tracking of the residual volume of reagents.
• Automatic calculation of the time until analysis completion, display of the analysis process in real time.
