Amnis® ImageStream® X Mk II Imaging Flow Cytometer

Amnis® ImageStream® X Mk II is an innovative system that combines the high-throughput capabilities of flow cytometry with the powerful visualization of fluorescence microscopy.
It enables simultaneous analysis of thousands of cells in flow while capturing high-resolution images of each individual cell in real time.

This technology brings a new level of precision to cellular biology, immunology, oncology, pharmacological studies, and signal pathway analysis.

The system provides up to 12 imaging channels with exceptional sensitivity, allowing researchers to observe intracellular processes, protein colocalization, phagocytosis, apoptosis, endocytosis, and other complex cellular events.

Its advanced TDI-CCD (Time Delay Integration) optical design ensures outstanding photon sensitivity and enables detection of structures as small as ~27 nm, minimizing noise even in low-fluorescence samples.

The ImageStream X Mk II supports multiple objective configurations (20×, 40×, 60×), offering flexibility for analyzing various cell types and magnifications.

With an analysis speed of up to 5,000 cells per second and a sample volume range of 20–200 µL, it delivers statistically significant data within minutes.

The intelligent IDEAS® software automates image processing and quantitative analysis, reducing interpretation time and ensuring consistent, reproducible results.
