Provision of Ultrasound Diagnostic Systems: 150 Modern Sonoscanner Ultrasound Systems

Within the framework of the project “Provision of Ultrasound Diagnostic Systems”, implemented with the support of the Government of France and the Memorandum of Cooperation between France and Ukraine, 150 modern Sonoscanner Premium Diagnostic Ultrasound systems (U-Lite and Auto Prote Detect models) were delivered across the country.

 

Sonoscanner is a French manufacturer of portable and mobile ultrasound diagnostic systems, specializing in solutions that provide fast, accurate, and accessible ultrasound diagnostics at the primary healthcare level and in clinical practice settings.

 

U-Lite is a portable ultrasound system designed for rapid basic screening, enabling examinations to be performed directly at the primary healthcare level.

 

Auto Protec(t) Detect is an automated ultrasound system for standardized diagnostics, with a focus on accuracy, reproducibility of results, and support for clinical decision-making.

 

Behind each ultrasound system stand months of planning, coordination, and close cooperation between partners, medical institutions, and the project team involved at every stage of implementation — from coordination and logistics to the direct deployment of equipment in healthcare facilities.

 

As a result, 87 medical centers across the country have received modern ultrasound systems, which are already helping family doctors and pediatricians conduct fast and accurate diagnostics at the primary healthcare level.

 

“These systems help perform screening and diagnostics as quickly as possible, directly at the primary level of medical care,” notes Tetiana Kudriavtseva, Head Physician of the Kalynivska Medical Ambulatory Care Center.

Modern ultrasound systems enable physicians to conduct examinations promptly without referring patients to narrow specialists, reducing waiting times and improving the efficiency of primary healthcare.

 

Support for doctors in clinical decision-making at an early stage.
The availability of ultrasound diagnostics at the primary level allows family doctors and pediatricians to detect pathologies earlier, make informed decisions, and timely refer patients for further treatment.

 

Strengthening Ukraine’s healthcare system even under challenging conditions.
The project enhances the capacity of medical facilities nationwide, ensuring equal access to high-quality diagnostics regardless of region or external challenges.
