Our company offers a wide range of services: maintenance, repair, equipment diagnostics, software configuration and updates, commissioning and staff training, documentary support.
Warranty service is provided free of charge after the device is put into operation. The warranty is valid for 1 year for most equipment.
The manufacturer's warranty covers mechanical and electrical components, provided that the installation, use and maintenance rules described in the User Manual are followed.
It is important to note that the warranty does not cover consumables or parts that naturally wear out during use.
Equipment maintenance is performed by a service engineer on-site at the Customer's premises or at the office of the Clinical Laboratory Service Department.
The company's service specialists have been trained by the equipment manufacturer and have certificates confirming their qualifications for equipment maintenance.
If the equipment that is used on a daily basis requires immediate maintenance/repair and there is no possibility of temporarily replacing it with another device, such work is carried out by the service department as a matter of priority.
It is very important for us to provide not only high-quality but also the fastest possible support.
The quality of service is the responsibility of our service specialists, who have been trained by equipment manufacturers and have received certificates confirming their qualifications.
Upon completion of maintenance or repair, we conduct a visual inspection, test the operation of the equipment, and check the performance of mechanical, electrical, optical and other systems.
This ensures the reliability and uninterrupted operation of your equipment.
If the device is under warranty service, delivery shall be made by Nova Poshta at the Contractor's expense. If the warranty service period has expired after commissioning, the device is shipped by Nova Poshta at the Customer's expense. The Customer can find out the rules of packaging and class of transportation of the equipment from the Service Department of the clinical laboratory.
Regular maintenance, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, extends the service life of the equipment.

Training takes place at the time of commissioning. Our application specialists train the team in the operation and maintenance of the instrument, which affects the reliability of the analysis results and the correctness of its operation.
