    We operate and commission equipment throughout Ukraine:

    • visit of a service engineer to the Customer
    • connection of the device to a previously prepared room
    • setting up electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems
    • passing quality controls for the configured equipment
    • training of the staff in the operation and maintenance of the equipment

    warranty and post-warranty service

    We guarantee service for all appliances that meets your needs:

    • the warranty is valid (1 year for most devices) from the date of commissioning for all manufacturing defects, all mechanical and electrical parts
    • warranty service is the replacement of spare parts recognised by the manufacturer as being subject to warranty replacement
    • post-warranty service is regular maintenance on the basis of a concluded contract

FAQ

  • A full range of maintenance services. This includes software configuration, repair, diagnostics, periodic and preventive maintenance, commissioning and team training.

  • Yes, of course. The services include: health checks, system cleaning, system setup and calibration to meet requirements.

  • The equipment is serviced by a service engineer on-site at the Customer's premises or at the office of the Clinical Laboratory Service Department. The company's service specialists have been trained by the equipment manufacturer and have certificates confirming their qualifications for equipment maintenance.

  • Yes, you can. Typically, a service agreement is concluded with a validity period from the date of signing until the end of the current year.

  • If the device is under warranty service, delivery shall be made by Nova Poshta at the Contractor's expense. If the warranty service period has expired after commissioning, the device is shipped by Nova Poshta at the Customer's expense. The Customer can find out the rules of packaging and class of transportation of the equipment from the Service Department of the clinical laboratory.

  • There are 2 types of warranty: from the manufacturer of the appliance and for service. The warranty period for each device is different. For more detailed information, we recommend checking with your manager.

  • Yes, of course. Training takes place at the time of commissioning. Service engineers train the team in the operation and maintenance of the instrument, which affects the reliability of the analysis results and the correctness of its operation.
